Covid-19 update

SELF ASSESSMENT - If you or any member of your household have any symptoms of covid-19, please call us on 07772635933 before your appointment so we can rebook you when it's safe to do so.

VIRTUAL CLIENT CHECK-IN - Text/phone us upon arrival and we will let you know when your stylist is ready for you to enter the studio. This will allow us to thoroughly clean after the previous client and also avoid overcrowding.

CLIENTS ONLY - No extra friends or family to accompany you to your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS ONLY - No walk ins (this includes consultations and skin tests). You can book by phone - 07772635933

SANITISE UPON ARRIVAL - We will provide hand sanitiser and/or direct you to a sink to wash your hands.

MASKS AT ALL TIMES - Ear loop masks are required before you enter the studio or can be purchased from the studio before your appointment.

GOWNS AND TOWELS - We will continue to use biodegradable towels. We will be using disposable gowns/clean steam gowns after every use.

DRINKS, SNACKS AND ENTERTAINMENT - No hot drinks, snacks, mags or colouring books for now. However, when you have an appointment at The Mill you do receive 10% discount at Gaard Coffee.

BELONGINGS - Please avoid bringing bags and coats with you. If you do need to, please bring your own small bag to store it safely.

STYLISTS - Stylist sections will be 2 metres apart. All staff will wear masks, gloves and aprons when with clients.

BARBICIDE CERTIFICATION - All staff members will have completed additional training and received certification.

We want to thank you all so much for your continued support. We hope these measures are short term. As you will understand, we feel it is necessary to have these measures in place for the safety of us all.
